Breakfast Protein-Antioxidant Dark Chocolate Cookie

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Add wet ingredients and mix with your hands until mixture becomes dough-like.
  5. Drop by spoon onto two prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brow.
  7. Remove and place on cooling rack.
  8. Makes 24 cookies
