Marinated Pork Chops

  1. Cut the peppers open and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a pan, and cook them thoroughly.
  2. Place the peppers in hot water and let them soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix a pinch of ground thyme, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vinegar, and orange juice with the peppers and liquefy them in a food processor. Add salt to taste.
  4. Cover the pork chops with the marinade in a bowl or inside a resealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Cook the pork chops in a pan on medium heat until cooked, up to 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the chops with lettuce, radishes, and tortillas.
