Marinated Pork Chops
- 2 chile peppers
- thyme ground
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano ground
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 orange
- salt
- 4 pork chops 1/2-inch thick
- Cut the peppers open and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a pan, and cook them thoroughly.
- Place the peppers in hot water and let them soak for 20 minutes.
- Mix a pinch of ground thyme, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vinegar, and orange juice with the peppers and liquefy them in a food processor. Add salt to taste.
- Cover the pork chops with the marinade in a bowl or inside a resealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the pork chops in a pan on medium heat until cooked, up to 15 minutes.
- Serve the chops with lettuce, radishes, and tortillas.
