Morning Pumpkin Coffee Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Beat sugar and margarine until fluffy. Mix in pumpkin, egg whites and water.
  4. Gradually add combine flour, 1 1/4 cups oats and remaining ingredients.
  5. mix well. Spread into pan and sprinkle with 1/4 cup oats.
  6. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
