Pasta With Bechamel
- 250 grams short pasta
- 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce tomato
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese grated
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk warm
- salt
- ground black pepper
- nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, al dente.
- Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel sauce by melting the butter in a medium skillet. Add the flour and stir constantly until the flour turns golden. Slowly add the warm milk and beat using a whisk over medium-low heat until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Mix the pasta and tomato pasta sauce and place in a greased baking pan.
- Pour the bechamel and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Let it cool and serve.
