Honey Crisp Crunch Top Apple Pie

  1. Line the pie pan with dough
  2. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt
  3. Add in apples, applesauce and lemon juice
  4. Spoon the mixture into the pie pan
  5. Top the pie with the other dough, either making your own designs or criss-crossing
  6. Make the crunch topping by mixing together all ingredients with a fork until crumbly and then sprinkle over the crust
  7. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown
