Halloween Skeleton Cupcakes

  1. Heat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, followed by the milk. Fold in the flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate then distribute the batter evenly between muffin liners. Bake for about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  2. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and stir until smooth. Spread about 1 tbsp icing onto each cupcake and decorate with the licorice pieces. Allow the icing to set for about 1 hour before serving.
