• 1 Tbsp. salad oil
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
• 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
• 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
• 2 whole chicken legs and 2 whole chicken breasts
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/3 c. salad oil or shortening
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
