Cranberry And Chocolate Muffins
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 100 grams chocolate
- cocoa
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or fresh
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a cupcake mold or line with paper liners.
- Mix the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, baking soda, and baking powder together.
- Add the eggs, milk or yogurt and oil.
- Add the chopped chocolate.
- Mix the blackberries with a little flour - so as not to color the dough to much or sink to the bottom of the muffin - and add to the batter.
- Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes.
