Fried Won Ton

  1. Combine all ingredients, except won tons skins and egg. Chill for 1/2 hour.
  2. Place about 1 teaspoon or less of meat in a corner of the won
  3. ton skin.
  4. Fold skin over meat, about 1/3 of the way to the
  5. opposite
  6. corner.
  7. Put
  8. the
  9. egg in a small bowl and mix with a fork.
  10. Using your finger, dip into egg and spread
  11. on the won ton skin over the seam.
  12. This keeps the oil out
  13. of
  14. the meat. Fry in a Dutch oven with oil over a medium heat.
  15. You
  16. want
  17. the filling to cook, but you don't want the won
  18. ton
  19. skin
  20. to burn. Serve with hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce.
