Chicken Little Fingers

  1. Cut chicken into 1/4-inch strips.
  2. Combine next 9 ingredients. Add chicken, mixing until well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Drain chicken thoroughly.
  5. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seed, mixing well.
  6. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  7. Place chicken in 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dishes.
  8. Combine margarine and shortening and brush on chicken.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  10. Serve with Plum Sauce.
  11. Yields 12 to 14 appetizer servings.
