Leftover Thanksgiving Pizza
- 2 gluten free pizza crusts prepared according to package directions or 1, 10oz can refrigerated pizza dough
- cranberry sauce Prepared
- 1 1/2 cups turkey chopped, skinned
- 1 1/2 cups brussel sprouts prepared, roasted
- 1 cup acorn squash prepared roasted
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced thin and cut in half
- Preheat oven 400 degrees (if using gluten-free crust, use the recommended temperature on the box).
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet
- If using regular pizza crust, roll dough into a 10-inch circle on a lightly floured surface then place it on the baking sheet and crimp edges with fingers to form a rim.
- Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a little boarder.
- Top with turkey then vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
