  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 OR 375 AS DESCRIBED ON BOX,
  2. SPRAY CAKE PAN OR PANS WITH PAM BAKING SPRAY.
  3. cream butter in mixer using whisk
  4. add eggs one at a time beating to incorporate with butter
  5. add milk
  6. add cake mix
  7. remember to scrape down the sides and bottom of bowl to ensure all ingredients are full blended.
  8. TURN MIXER TO HIGH now add vanilla extract and any optional additional flavorings you want. MIXER SHOULD REMAIN AT HIGH FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES
  9. POUR IMMEDIATELY INTO PANS. BANG PANS ON COUNTER TO RELEASE AIR BUBBLES AND BAKR USING BOX TIMR CHART.
  10. ALLOW CAKE TO COOL FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES THEN REMOVE FROM PAN. COOL COMPLETELY WITH FAVORITE DUNCAN HINES FROSTING.
  11. YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE THE EXTRA EGG MAKES... CAKE IS HIGHER AND FLUFFIER (LIKE A SCRATCH CAKE)
  12. THE MILK MAKES IT MOISTER AND RICHER. THE VANILLA MAKES IT TASTE FRESH NOT BOXED.
