Mushroom Dip With Vegetables

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the garlic, and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are soft, season with a little bit of salt and oregano, add the liqueur de Cassis, and let it evaporate slowly. Remove from heat, and cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, add the cream, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir, and add the cooled mushrooms. Use a fork to crush a big chunks of mushrooms.
  4. Stir well, check the seasoning, and add the chives.
  5. Serve with vegetables.
