Sausage Chili

  1. Slice the sausage and saute until golden brown. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels to blot the excess grease. Remove most of the grease from the skillet as well, leaving just a little.
  2. Saute the onion until golden brown in the same skillet. Add the garlic and jalapeno. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the ground beef, stirring well to break up into small pieces.
  3. When the mixture is browned, add the chile powder, cumin, beef bouillon, tomato, beans, and water. Mix well, cover, and let cook until it begins to simmer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
