Raw Buckwheat Almond Porridge

  1. Place buckwheat groats and almonds in two separate bowls. Cover with water and let soak for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Rinse well and place togheter with all remaining ingredients (except coconut flakes) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add coconut flakes and been for a few seconds.
  3. Topp with persimmons, goji berries and some extra coconut flakes. Instead of persimmons this buckwheat porridge would taste great with some raspberries, or fresh peaches in the summer. Use what you have at home or in season.
