Spaghetti With Shrimp, Tomatoes And Feta

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water for 8-10 mins, until al dente. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 mins, until pink. Set aside.
  3. Add tomatoes, fish stock, wine and sugar to pan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 mins, or until heated through. Add pasta and shrimp and toss to combine.
  4. Top with crumbled feta and oregano. Serve with garlic bread.
