Layered Mexican Dip(Low-Fat)

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Spray skillet with butter flavored cooking spray.
  5. Brown diced onion. Add cooked ground beef.
  6. Stir refried beans into beef mixture. Spray a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  7. Spread beef and bean mixture evenly in pan.
  8. Sprinkle green chilies over top of mixture.
  9. Spread half of cheese over this.
  10. Pour taco sauce over cheese.
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. Cool slightly and spread sour cream to make a cross on top.
  13. Serve with tortilla chips.
  14. Serves 9.
  15. Contains about 1 gram of fat per serving.
