Vegetable Manchurian

  1. Take the shredded Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans in bowl and microwave or steam for 5 minutes. Ensure its not overcooked.
  2. After the Vegetables cool down, add Slat, 4 tbs all purpose flour, 2 tbs Corn starch, add 3 tbs oil and make small balls, mix thoroughly, deep fry them and keep them aside. Take 1tbs corn flour/starch mix in 1/4 cup water and keep it aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbs butter and add minced garlic fry for 1 min and add long slit green chilies ( or green chili sauce) stir fry for 5 more minutes and add soy sauce, sweet tomato sauce, corn flour stock, MSG and let it cook for 5 more minutes . Finally add the fried vegetable balls, mix well and turn off the stove.
