Venison Steak

  1. Cut venison into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. Brush with soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge lightly in flour.
  4. Brown steak on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet. Transfer to a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside.
  5. Drain drippings from skillet.
  6. Add margarine.
  7. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly to loosen particles.
  8. Stir in water and cook until heated.
  9. Pour over steak.
  10. Put onion over steak.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  12. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
