Superfood Trail Mix Bites

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl, mix and set aside
  2. In a saucepan hat the nut butter, coconut oil and agave nectar (or honey)
  3. Cook over medium heat, mixing ofter until the ingredients melt together
  4. Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients
  5. Quickly mix together using a large spoon, spatula or your hands
  6. Working quickly, so the mixture does not dry out, grab a handful of mixture and squeeze firmly into balls about the size of walnuts
  7. Place in a sealed container and keep in the firdge
  8. Snack.... and ENJOY!!
