Pasta With Marinara Sauce

  1. Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 minutes or until just tender.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in a bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli powder and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.
  4. Add the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is almost cooked.
  5. Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mixture.
  6. Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
