Mushroom Beef Olio
- pasta . 200 g. Cook Al dente.
- 7 cloves . Roughly pound.
- 1 onion . Roughly chopped.
- button mushrooms . 2 handfuls. Roughly chopped/cubed.
- ghee / Olive oil : 4 tbsp
- coriander leaves . Finely chopped.
- 3 1/2 ounces beef
- anchovy seasonings. 1/2 tsp.
- salt to taste
- chilli flakes
- 1 capsicum
- Cook pasta al dente. Set aside.
- Heat up ghee/olive oil.
- Sauteed chopped garlic and onions briefly....
- After garlic is brownish and smells nice, sauteed beef until cook. (with small fire..)
- Put in seasonigs as well...
- After beef cook, add in mushrooms and onions....Let it cook awhile...
- Add in chilli flakes and capsicum.....
- Shortly after, add coriander and salt to taste...
- Lastly, put in cooked pasta, and mixed well.
- Serve as it is.. or with Parmesan Cheese
