Pasta With Hake In Coconut Sauce
- 1 1/3 pounds hake fillets cut in cubes
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 red bell peppers roasted, cut in strips
- 1 carrot cut in strips
- powdered ginger
- 1 thyme sprig
- coconut milk
- 1 package spaghetti spicy Milanese
- parsley chopped
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon, and 1 garlic clove, and let them to marinate for a few minutes.
- In a saucepan, saute the onion and 1 garlic clove, add the strips of fish, and fry lightly.
- Add carrots and roasted peppers, and season with ginger, thyme, and a pinch of salt.
- Finally, add the coconut milk, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Serve the pasta with the fish sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley.
