Easy Chicken With Fresh Tomatoes

  1. Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the boneless chicken thighs; season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute the chicken to become slightly golden on each side.
  3. In a food processor combine the tomatoes, garlic and cilantro and give a few good chops.
  4. Place the chopped tomatoes on the chicken thighs and add the seasonings to taste. Grate the Romano cheese on top and drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
