Cedar Planked Burger Buffalo Style

  1. Soak cedar plank in water for 1 hour & preheat grill to medium-high (400u0b0 F)
  2. Gently form beef into 4 - 1/2 pound patties - season with salt & pepper
  3. Place burger patties and sliced onion on soaked plank
  4. Place the loaded plank on BBQ and close the lid
  5. Mix hot wing sauce and melted butter - set aside
  6. Once the burger is cooked to your preferred temperature, remove from grill
  7. Briefly grill the Kaiser rolls to heat
  8. Build your burger, drizzle with the hot wing butter and top with blue cheese crumbles
  9. Serve with celery sticks and Enjoy!
