Baked Salmon

  1. Rub the salmon inside and out with salt and pepper; dredge with flour.
  2. Put into a well-greased narrow baking pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated 425u0b0 oven for 15 minutes, then add the butter, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.
  4. Reduce heat to 375u0b0. Bake for 30 minutes longer, basting frequently.
