Turkey & Veggie Burger Wraps

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and microwave in a covered dish with 2 Tablespoons of water for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. When cool, use a fork to cut pieces up very small.
  4. Grate the onion and red pepper.
  5. Semi-smash the beans.
  6. Mix all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Form into about 8 oblong patties.
  8. Heat oil in a large skillet or griddle. Cook patties about 4 minutes on each side or until browned to desired doneness.
  9. Top with all the regular hamburger fixings your family likes and wrap it up in a whole wheat tortilla.
