Chicken Noodle Casserole

  1. Simmer chicken breasts in water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper until done (approximately 20 minutes).
  2. Saute 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 cup green peppers in butter until soft.
  3. Add Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. When chicken is done, remove from water and boil 2 cups of noodles in chicken broth until tender.
  4. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine with soup mixture.
  5. Add cooked noodles with 1/4 cup broth.
  6. Put in lightly greased baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 325u0b0 or 12 to 15 minutes in microwave.
