Smoked Garlic Herb Bread Pudding

  1. In a saucepan scald the milk with the 3 Tbsp dry garlic and rosemary.
  2. Let stand off the heat for 15 minutes or so.
  3. Tear your bread up into bite size pieces to fill a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Don't forget to spray the dish with a cooking spray.
  5. Crumble your cheese and add the smoked onions and garlic.
  6. In a bowl whisk together the whole eggs and the yolks, add the milk, whisk until smooth and pour over the bread.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
  8. Bake the pudding in a preheated 350u0b0F oven for 60 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  9. Let the pudding cool for 10 minutes or so.
  10. You'll want to serve the garlic bread pudding warm.
