Farfalle With Tuna, Lemon & Spinach
- 3 tablespoons promis spread stick
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 onions medium, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 10 ounces baby spinach leaves
- 6 ounces light tuna packed in water undrained
- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta farfalle , cooked according to package directions, reserve 1/2 cup cooking water
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Melt Promise(R) Spread-stick in 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion and red pepper flakes, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or just until wilted. Stir in tuna. Add pasta, reserved cooking water, basil, lemon peel and lemon juice; heat through. Remove from heat, then stir in cheese.
