Beef Kabobs With Vegetables

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in shallow container.
  2. Add meat. Cover and marinate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Parboil onions 10 minutes; drain well and set aside.
  4. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
  5. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 7 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
