Chicken Breast With Herbs De Provence And Parmesean
- 2 chicken breast halves Organic, boneless & skinless
- kosher salt
- cracked black pepper Freshly
- herbs de provence dried
- 3 tablespoons flour A.P., or gluten free flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese Parmesean, grated Reggiano
- 5 extra-virgin olive oil count
- Italian parsley freshly chopped
- lemon wedges
- Preheat oven with two dinner plates-- 200 degrees
- Pound chicken breasts slightly, until they are even in thickness
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs de provence, both sides. Set aside on a plate
- On a separate plate mix flour and parmesean together
- Dredge seasoned chicken in flour and cheese mixture
- Preheat Olive Oil in saute pan on medium heat
- Saute chicken in hot oil exactly 4 minutes on each side
- Remove cooked chicken to preheated plates in oven
- Make a quick pan sauce if desired, serve with veggies and pasta or rice
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges
