Cucumber Bites

  1. Wash and cut off the tips of your cucumbers. Half peel the cucumbers so they have stripes between unpeeled and peeled, this adds nutritional value. If you prefer, your cucumber may be fully peeled. Proceed to cut cucumbers into half inch slices.
  2. Combine softened Cream Cheese, Miracle Whip and Ranch, use mixer on low to blend ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Add Fresh Dill and Garlic Salt, mix by hand just until combined.
  4. Lay the Cucumber slices out on a flat surface, and pat the tops dry with paper towel.
  5. For an elegant look, add topping into a piping bag with a star attachment and proceed to pipe 3/4 Tablespoon onto each Cucumber. Alternatively, you may do this by hand and spoon to get the same resulting taste, just not the "finishing" look.
  6. Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in vertical halves, then place in an upward position in the cucumber topping.
  7. Sprinkle the Cucumber Bites with Freshly Ground Pepper
  8. You can now serve or chill for a few hours until ready to serve.
  9. Enjoy!
