Jello Supreme
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large bowl Cool Whip
- grated cheese
- Prepare Jell-O according to directions on package. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan and stir in pineapple.
- Cover with sliced bananas and miniature marshmallows.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Mix together flour, sugar, pineapple juice, eggs and butter. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool thoroughly.
- Add the Cool Whip.
- Spread over the Jell-O mixture and garnish with grated cheese. Very good.
