Punjabi Cauliflower

  1. Heat the clarified butter or canola oil in a stock pot.
  2. Add ginger, onions and garlic, cover and cook, covered, over medium heat for about 5 minutes
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 8-10 more minutes.
  4. Uncover and add red chili flakes, turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander and garam masala. Cook an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute to allow for the flavors to infuse.
  5. Add cauliflower, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low again and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Cauliflower should be tender after this.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
