Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups brown firmli light pack sugar
- 1 eggs
- 6 tablespoons promis spread stick
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chop fine pecan
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine oats, flours and baking soda; set aside.
- In large bowl with electric mixer, beat Promise(R) Spread-stick and brown sugar on medium speed 3 minutes or until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually mix in oat mixture on low speed just until blended. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans.
- On prepared sheets, drop dough by 2 tablespoonfuls, 4 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
