Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine oats, flours and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat Promise(R) Spread-stick and brown sugar on medium speed 3 minutes or until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually mix in oat mixture on low speed just until blended. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans.
  4. On prepared sheets, drop dough by 2 tablespoonfuls, 4 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
