Banana Walnut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 170c. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (except walnuts) in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until free of lumps.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts and pour batter into the prepared loaf plan. Garnish with walnuts.
  6. Bake for around 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow banana bread to rest for half an hour before slicing. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
