Steamed Tofu - Quick And Easy

  1. Place tofu on the plate and add weight on tofu to extract excess water.
  2. Steam tofu for 10 minutes.
  3. Marinade minced meat with ingredients in (B) for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat up pan with a bit of oil and fry garlic and onions until fragrant.
  5. Stir fry minced meat and mushroom.
  6. Add water and sweet soy sauce.
  7. Mix corn starch with a bit of water. Ensure that the gravy (water and sweet soy sauce) is boiling and then, add starch to thicken the gravy.
  8. Remove tofu from steamer and remove excess water.
  9. Pour gravy on top of steamed tofu.
  10. Garnish with ingredients in (C).
