Indian Cabbage

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan until hot, add the butter, oil and the onion and stir fry for 1 minute over high heat, stirring all the time. Add the ginger and continue cooking for a further 1 minute. Add the cabbage with the turmeric, salt and paprika and stir fry for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and the garam masala and serve immediately.
