Potatoes (Paprikas Potatoes) Hungarian By Laszlo

  1. Chop the onions finely and then saute them, under cover in the oil until
  2. they turn golden. Add the paprika and a small amount of water.
  3. Add the garlic, the tomato, the green pepper and salt; cover again and simmer for half hour.
  4. Peel, quarter and then add the potatoes. Add a bit more water just to cover the potatoes and keep cooking until the potatoes are tender. Add the sliced Kolbasz.Cook for another 5 minutes, reducing the heat to simmer.
