Spinach, Salmon And Cardemom Lasagna
- 4 (or 5) lasagna sheets (make your own!)
- 1 tbsp of cardemom
- 20 g butter
- 30 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- salt to taste
- 250 g Salmon
- 300 g cut spinach
- optional: some red paprika
- If you choose to: make your own pasta dough, add some cardemom to this as well, it'll improve the flavor.
- Preheat the oven at 180 C. Make sure all ingredients for the filling (salmon, spinach) are defrosted if bought frozen.
- elMt the butter in a small pan and add the butter to make a rout.
- Add the milk and, while wisking, bring to a boil to create a white creamy Bechamel sauce.
- Add the cardemom to the sauce and salt to taste.
- Take an ovendish and cover the bottom in a thin layer of sauce.
- Cover it with the first lasagna sheet.
- Add a 2 cm layer of spinach and diced salmon.
- Cover it with the second lasagna sheet.
- Add a 1 cm layer of sauce.
- Cover it with the third lasagna sheet.
- Optionally add a 1 cm layer of sauce and paprika. and cover it with an additional lasagna sheet.
- Add a second 2 cm layer of spinach and diced salmon.
- cover with the fourth lasagna sheet.
- Top off with the remainder of the sauce (approx. 1 cm layer).
- Bake for 25 mins at 180 C.
