Lasagna With Patak'S Sauce

  1. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
  3. When oil is hot, saute the onion until translucent.
  4. Add carrots and zucchini, and cook until tender.
  5. Add ground beef and saute until cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the Korma sauce and toss to coat everything.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. On a baking dish, put a little olive oil.
  10. Arrange 6 lasagna noodles in the bottom.
  11. Top with a layer of meat sauce, then top with a new layer of pasta. Continue until all noodles and sauce are used.
  12. Finish with a layer of meat sauce and top with grated cheese.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
