Sausage And Ravioli Bake
- 3 hot Italian sausage links
- 3 sweet italian sausage links
- 1/2 pound mushrooms chopped
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 1 green pepper small, chopped
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 jar ragu
- 1 canned tomatoes 16 oz.
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook ravioli according to directions. Boil sausage 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Discard casings and slice diagonally. Saute sausage, onion, mushrooms, and pepper in 3 tablespoons butter. Add Ragu, tomatoes, sausages and spices. Bring to boil, adding red wine.
- Alternate layers of ravioli and cheese and sauce (end with sauce). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
