Tagliatelle With Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, And Garlic Flower Pesto
- 10 garlic flower stalks
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds shelled
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese or more to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil first cold pressed
- 250 grams tagliatelle
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives purple
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- basil leaves
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Pesto Preparation: Put the garlic flower stalks in a blender or food processor.
- Gradually add the hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
- Store pesto in glass jars to have handy.
- To assemble the meal, place cooked tagliatelle on plate, adorn with tomatoes, olives, red onion, and basil leaves. Serve pesto in a small side dish.
