Golden Milk Turmeric Overnight Oats

  1. Drain cashews after soaking in room temperature water for 2-3 hours. Add to blender with 3 cups of water and blend well (about 1 minute).
  2. Strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag to remove any pulp.
  3. Pour milk back into your blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until well incorporated.
  4. Whisk together oats, milk and chia seeds. Transfer to container or jar and let sit overnight or at least 4 hours. When ready to eat, top with sliced bananas, blueberries, coconut and honey or maple syrup.
