Cherry Blossoms

  1. You'll needn medium potnarge steel or plastic bowlnooden spoon or spatulancalesnmall baking cases orn square tin lined with grease proof papernot water
  2. Break up the chocolate into the bowl and slowly melt over the pot with the hot water in it, turn the chocolate frequently so it melts evenly and doesn't get too hot.
  3. Break up the marshmallows and cherries (I just pulled them into bits with my fingers)
  4. Once chocolate is totally smooth, add the Krispies, mallow and cherries and stir in thoroughly coating everything with chocolate
  5. Spoon into cases to into the tin and leave to cool.
  6. Pop into an airtight container to keep the fresh for up to a week.
