Dolly Fish Salad With Orange Honey Mustard.

  1. Sprinkling salt, pepper and dry parsley on the fish, then wrap with foil. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Depends how big with your fish. Till it's cooked. (Dont bake it too long otherwise your fish would'n get solf and juicy.
  2. Cut the potatos into square shape. Boild them till cooked and add olive oil and a bit salt on it.
  3. Prepare green vegetable (you can choose any kind of green vegetable you like)
  4. Dressing: pour orange juice and kumquay juice in to a bowl mixed with olive oil then add salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Mix till get smooth.
  5. Put the fish, potato and green vegetable on the dish and pouring the dressing on top of the Fish. Now it's ready to serve.
