Sliced Chicken With Vegetables

  1. Rinse chicken and slice them into thin pieces.
  2. Then marinate in egg white, cornstarch, 2/3 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas.
  4. Blanch them in boiling water and drain.
  5. Heat the wok and add 3 tablespoons of oil; stir-fry the chicken until cooked.
  6. Remove and drain.
  7. Reheat the remains of oil in the wok.
  8. Fry onion until soft, then add and bring to boil. Stir in chicken and snow peas mixed well and then serve.
