Fried Udon With Kimchi

  1. 1. Cook cabbage first
  2. Heat up oil and 2 cloves of garlic
  3. Toss in cabbage
  4. Stir fry until soft, then remove
  5. 2. Cook meat next
  6. Saute shallots and rest of garlic
  7. Add meat
  8. Cook until done, then remove
  9. 3. Cook the udon
  10. Heat up oil
  11. Add noodles
  12. Gently stir for a minute (careful not to break noodles)
  13. Add cabbage and meat back in
  14. Add in oyster sauce, dark soy, and pepper
  15. Continue stirring until noodles are evenly covered in sauce
  16. 4. Add kimchi and a few dashes of Maggi seasoning if not salty enough
