Bob Evans' Asian Sausage Lettuce Cups

  1. In medium skillet over medium heat crumble and cook sausage.
  2. Add carrots and mushrooms and cook until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in water chestnuts.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. In small bowl combine Hoisin sauce, ketchup, red chili paste, lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Stir sauce into sausage mixture and cook until hot.
  7. Spoon sausage mixture into each lettuce leaf to serve.
